Problem
Fragmented dashboards, analytics tools, model outputs, and manual interpretation created cognitive overload and slowed the path from insight to action.
Strategy
Reframed passive reporting as active situational awareness, combining user insights, project management, model transparency, field-level recommendations, integrated analysis, and query-based insight discovery.
Outcome
Shifted the product from a reporting tool into a decision support system that increased trust in predictive outputs and accelerated data-driven workflows.

Problem
Product teams were repeatedly translating the same context across research, requirements, design files, delivery tickets, and stakeholder updates.
Strategy
Designed a governed workflow centered on Claude for synthesis, Notion for reusable product knowledge, Figma for design exploration, and Jira for delivery alignment.
Outcome
Reduced repeated documentation work, improved artifact consistency, and preserved traceability through structured templates and human review checkpoints.

Accessibility
AA
Problem
Independent product teams had developed their own design systems, interaction patterns, and workflows over time, creating inconsistent user experiences, duplicated effort, tribal knowledge, and accessibility challenges.
Strategy
Approached the initiative as an organizational transformation by establishing governance, design champions, shared patterns, accessibility standards, documentation, and contribution models.
Outcome
Created a sustainable UX operating model that improved consistency, accelerated delivery, increased collaboration, strengthened accessibility, reduced tool fragmentation, and enabled the design organization to scale.

Problem
Internal teams understood pieces of the process, but lacked a shared view of the full journey, redundant tasks, and gaps where information was not flowing across business units.
Approach
Partnered with two designers across three sprints to interview dealers, growers, and organizational leaders, then mapped customer entry points, waiting periods, backstage systems, and decision moments.
Outcome
Created a comprehensive blueprint that clarified how growers move through enrollment, verification, and payment for carbon-neutral growing practices.

StrideNode wearable training system concept
Wearable product concept / Youth athletic development

StrideNode

A wearable training system concept that helps youth soccer coaches measure acceleration, deceleration, balance, directional change, movement efficiency, and consistency over time.

Challenge
Youth athletes are often evaluated by visible outcomes like goals, size, and speed, while off-ball movement skills and long-term development patterns remain hard to measure consistently.
Concept
Player-worn sensors capture GNSS and motion data during repeatable sprint and agility drills, then send results to a local Raspberry Pi hub with a coach-facing dashboard.
Vision
Give coaches, players, and families a private, growth-centered view of movement development without turning children into public rankings.

Brew Buddy mobile app screens layered over the design system canvas
Side project / Design systems / AI-assisted build

Brew Buddy

A passion project showing how a well-made design system, architecture, and one dashboard screen can accelerate the path from idea to working mobile product.

Challenge
Prove that AI-assisted implementation becomes meaningfully faster and more coherent when it starts from a complete product system instead of loose visual direction.
Approach
Used the Figma design system, intended architecture, and home dashboard screen as the source of truth, then iterated through short, testable product additions.
Outcome
Built a functional brewing prototype with recipes, batch scaling, mobile bottom sheets, active brews, brand artwork, Git checkpoints, and recipe timer controls.
