With a background in Fine Arts from Emporia State University, I found my way into User Experience through a focus on how people interact with systems—not just interfaces. What began as design work has evolved into building the structures that enable teams to deliver better products at scale.
Over the past decade, I’ve moved from execution into strategy, specializing in UX systems, design operations, and product delivery. I focus on turning ambiguity into structured, repeatable processes—whether that’s scaling discovery across teams, building design systems that act as single sources of truth, or integrating AI into workflows to accelerate from concept to implementation.
My work sits at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical execution. I’ve led initiatives that improve how teams operate—not just what they ship—driving measurable gains in efficiency, clarity, and product quality.
I’m particularly interested in how AI is reshaping product development. Recently, I’ve been focused on structuring requirements, design systems, and workflows in ways that allow machines to participate in the build process—bridging the gap between intent and execution.
At my core, I’m a collaborative builder. My background as a collegiate athlete shaped how I work: team-first, accountable, and focused on outcomes. I bring that same mindset into cross-functional environments, aligning product, design, and engineering to move faster and with more clarity.
I’m motivated by opportunities where I can help organizations not just design better products, but build the systems that make great product development repeatable.
